How does a Virtual Ergonomist work?

• Educates employees in how to effectively use (and adjust) existing ergonomic and office equipment using ErgoStat's knowledge base and the employee's survey data.
• Educates employees on the relationships between their work postures, work tasks and physical environments to minimize work-related physical stresses and associated discomfort.
• Identifies the need for procurement of necessary ergonomic product solutions.
• Educates employees in how to best integrate and effectively use new ergonomic products with existing office equipment and furniture.
• Educates employees in simple but effective exercises, performed at the workstation.
• Performs "virtual" ergonomic workstation evaluations, in many cases eliminating the need for an on-site ergonomic evaluation.
